OUR HOA
The Elliot Pointe neighborhood was founded in 1988 in the Goat Trail area of the scenic and quaint City of Mukilteo. There are 179 homes in Elliot Pointe that share easy access to the Japanese Gulch Trail system, Old Town Mukilteo, and walking distance to award winning Mukilteo Elementary and Olympic View Middle Schools. It's no wonder that families love living in this neighborhood! Since 1988, the Elliot Pointe HOA has been charged with maintaining standards relating to the appearance of the neighborhood.
