ABOUT OUR HOA
Elliot Pointe consists of 179 homes, most of which were built between 1985-1989. Since 1985, the HOA has been charged with maintaining standards relating to the appearance and upkeep of the neighborhood.
The Board of Directors that includes a President (or Co-Presidents), Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, and ACC Chair. Elliot Pointe retains the professional services of Alderwood Property Management to handle bookkeeping, real estate transactions, and complaint letter follow up.
Annual meetings are held in October or November.
Annual Assessments "dues" are mailed out in early January and are due by April 30 of the same year. Current dues are $200 per year. A $25/month late fee is charged for accounts that are 30 days past due.
